Join us as the founding Chief of Staff to the Executive Director
Key Responsibilities
As Chief of Staff, you’ll be a force-multiplier and thought partner to the Executive Director. You’ll build programs, resources, and culture. You’ll help turn vision into execution and impact as we grow a bold new organization that identifies, ignites, and challenges gifted young people across North Carolina.
Power the Programs: Bring our academic enrichment and leadership development programs to life — from early design and recruitment of educators and students to evaluation strategy and seamless execution of in-person and virtual events, cohorts, stipends, and more.
Build the Foundation: Design the systems and rhythms that make a young organization run smoothly – from goal setting and budgeting, to impact measurement and communication with community partners.
Lead What’s Next: Own strategic projects that shape our path — whether that’s launching a new pilot, writing a key grant, or rethinking how we work.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and wants to play a formative role in building an organization from the ground up and scaling it quickly in the years ahead.
